The process begins with a very thorough evaluation. We start by gathering your vitals, height, weight and age, then move into your level of physical fitness. As this information is gathered, we begin developing knowledge of your physical abilities and limitations.
Next, we find out all we can about your equipment, and whether it was it custom fitted or purchased off the rack.
Our staff continues asking about your knowledge and experience of the game.
We then videotape several swings and analyze them. Once we have the data concerning your swing, posture, grip, and stance, we now start to develop goals based on our findings.
Now we have a plan. We start meeting each week to make the improvements necessary to reach your goals. Each lesson will have a list of specifics to help you practice more effectively.
Before long, you will begin to enjoy the game at a different level.
